Procedure of cancellation

• If an user already paid initial amount equivalent to half amount of his/her website and applies in writing for cancellation before purchase his/her domain within 24 hours, his/her full amount will be refunded by cheque.
• As stated in 6 (A) above, a domain is purchased but subsequently an user applies for cancellation within 24 hours but before starting of work, the amount of domain will be deducted from his/her first payment made and the rest amount will be returned by cheque.
• If a user stops working his/her website in writing and applies for returned within 15 (fifteen) days, the work completed by us will be calculated hourly. A bill will be prepared at the hourly rate i.e. 10 (ten) USD/H. The billing amount of work completed will be deducted from initial payment and the rest of amount is returned by cheque. If the completion of work and its amount of the initial payment, the user is liable to pay the excess amount which is more than the initial payment. No refund of initial payment or part thereof will be granted unless user applies for cancelation will 15 (fifteen) days.
