Responsibilities of users.

• Whatever information/contents are required to upload must be produced to us within 5 days as soon as an application for a website is signed by you and the same is accepted by us.
• An initial amount by cheque which is half amount of your website must be given along with an accepted application.
• If you failed to produce your contents within stipulated periods i.e. 5 days , an extension of 3 more days will be given , still you fail in submission of contents, your initial amount will be for feinted.
• Whatever information, documents, photographs, products, contents, etc. produced by you before us to upload in a website must be verified by you we don’t take any kind of responsibility regarding it’s correctness, quality of products, reliability of information, permission under copyright act or any infringement of lows covered by the state/central Government.
• If any infringement of lows/rules is deleted at a later stage, the user is liable to face the legal actions for such infringement.
• Exhibit or display evil, obscene, indecent photography is strictly, prohibited, any attempted to display aforesaid on your website are liable to legal actions against you.
• If any obscenity is found to be incorporate by the user in his website, the Viaansh Infotech LLP reserves rights to remove such obscene contents from public view and also notices the user to face the legal actions, too.
• No such contents are permitted to display on your website which are protected by the owner/author under copyright Act. Termination of your website

        Your website may be terminated by Viaansh Infotech LLP for the following reason without issuing you a notice for termination.

But the contents, materials, accounts, photographs, advertisements should never be inglorious, or humiliated The Viaansh Infotech LLP reserves rights to terminate al above said contents from the website which are embarrassing
• The encyclopedia of the cyber-world has no limitations and Viaansh Infotech LLP is not aware about the information, articles, photographs, logo, documents, etc. uploaded by the user which contravene the copyright act or other similar laws, unless any contrariety arises still the liabilities lie solely with the user and not the seller. This act on the part of user will be considered as misuse of website and infringement of copyright act which may lead to termination of your website, too. Viaansh Infotech LLP is not liable to any legal actions for the aforesaid deeds done by you (user). In such circumstances, no any kind of return will be granted to the user after termination of his website and the amount paid is forfeited.
• Unless the subsidiary amount is paid by the user within 7 (seven) days after completion of work by us.
• If any user is found licentious during a survey by our officer.
• Unless any user respond our nominated officer for scrutiny and survey.
• During the course of survey or a complaint from anyone regarding a theft of other’s trademark, logo, patent, photographs, whatever by the user.
• Prohibited literature, game, photograph or solely reserved rights materials uploaded and displayed by user (you).
• If a user upload his website to the third party or any kind of advertisements displayed other than an user.
• If Viaansh Infotech LLP feels persecution and harassment from the user.
• If a user fails to renew his website before expiry of a year.

Mandatory for users
